TeamViewer is a proprietary computer software package for remote control, desktop sharing, online meetings, web conferencing and file transfer between computers. The software operates with the Microsoft Windows, OS X, Linux,nbiOS, Android, Windows RT and Windows Phone operating systems.
1.Click on the “Download TeamViewer” below and download the application.
2. Select run until you given an ID and Password.
3. Make sure your computer is connected to the internet and give the ID and the Password to our helpdesk.
4. This will allow us to access your computer for remote support.
NOTE: The “session” will only allow us 15min access to your computer and a new password will be requested from the user for an additional 15min. We suggest that users re-start their computers after this procedure that will remove and reset all access to your computer from the outside world.
